Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new Fabienne Chapot items, which is why we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse has processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
